What you eat may affect your migraine symptoms, though it can be difficult knowing the best foods to eat and those to avoid.

A dedicated Nutrition and Cookery Workshop in west London is designed to support you in managing your symptoms of migraine.

Registered Nutritional Therapist Rachel Alderson has come together with KitchenJoy to run a practical workshop where you will prepare and eat simple, nutritious dishes, while learning which foods may support your migraine symptoms, and why. You will also be entitled to a free consultation with Rachel to find out how personalised nutritional therapy may support you.
